Po\u010das prv\u00e9ho t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a som dokonca pribrala kilo. Kone\u010dn\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm, \u010do som v\u0161ak pri \u0161tarte samozrejme nevedela, bola ketog\u00e9nna di\u00e9ta. N\u00e1jdete ju aj pod in\u00fdmi n\u00e1zvami, naj\u010dastej\u0161ie je to bielkovinov\u00e1 a prote\u00ednov\u00e1 di\u00e9ta. Zo stravy vyl\u00fa\u010dite cukry a taktie\u017e tuky. Tuky by ste v podstate nemuseli. T\u00fdm by ste ale v\u00fdrazne spomalili va\u0161e chudnutie. Ketog\u00e9nna di\u00e9ta je \u0161pecifick\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee konzumujete \u0161peci\u00e1lne jedl\u00e1 bohat\u00e9 na bielkoviny. Nenechajte sa odradi\u0165 t\u00fdm, \u017ee s\u00fa v pr\u00e1\u0161ku. Ak ich dobre osol\u00edte, s\u00fa naozaj ve\u013emi chutn\u00e9. Ani ja som tomu zo za\u010diatku neverila, ale je to tak.
